UTECA wants uteca.org to be usable by everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

• Text meets AA color-contrast requirements.
• Every page can be navigated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Pages use headings and landmarks that screen readers can follow.
• The site works at phone widths and with browser zoom.
• Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
